Welcome to Therapy Time, your local SEQ-based Allied Health clinic. Our team specialise in Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.

Therapy Time began as a small North and South Brisbane service supporting children and families in homes, schools, and clinics. As our community grew, so did we. We now support children, adults, and families locally and across Australia through telehealth. Whether in person or online, we prioritise the connection, care, and knack for play that we’ve always been known for.

Our focus is simple. Our dedicated team of therapists help people overcome barriers, build skills, and participate richly in life. We collaborate to set meaningful goals and create clear, practical plans to achieve them.

Our Services

  • Therapy Time delivers a range of individualised occupational therapy intervention and assessments for babies, kids, teens, adolescents and adults. Our programs support our clients across a range of developmental areas including fine motor skills, gross motor skills, emotional regulation, social skills, play skills, self-care skills and sensory processing.

    We work towards functional goals including toileting, feeding, sleep, play, dressing, school readiness, organisation, planning, money management, travel training, community access and more. Rachael has a passion for supporting clients with mealtime and feeding goals.

    Available assessments include sensory assessments, functional assessments for NDIS, ESDM checklist assessments, and handwriting assessments.

    We offer both face-to-face and telehealth sessions.

  • Speech pathology services encompass a wide range of treatments designed to address communication and swallowing disorders across all ages and abilities. The following list outlines some of the key therapeutic interventions offered to help individuals improve their speech, language, swallowing, communication, and cognitive skills:

    • Articulation and Phonology Therapy

    • Fluency Therapy (Stuttering)

    • Voice Therapy

    • Speech Motor Control Therapy  

    • Swallowing Therapy

    • Expressive Language Therapy

    • Receptive Language Therapy

    • Pragmatic Language Therapy (Social Communication)

    • Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)

    We offer both face-to-face and telehealth sessions.

  • Therapy Time is passionate about helping little ones and their families with feeding challenges or difficulties, that’s why we’re excited to have a dietitian join our team.

    Areas of Expertise Include:

    • Infant Feeding and Nutrition: Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, feeding aversions, and introduction of solids

    • Selective Eating and Feeding Disorders: Managing food refusal, texture progression delays, and Paediatric Feeding Disorders (PFD)

    • Food Allergies and Intolerances

    • Gastrointestinal Health: Reflux, constipation, coeliac disease, EoE, IBD, and low FODMAP diets for IBS

    • Neurodivergence: Supporting children with developmental delays, ADHD, ASD, and ARFID

    • Tube Feeding and Weaning: PEG, NG, NJ, PEJ feeding, including Blenderised Tube Feeding (BTF) regimens

    • Nutritional Support: Addressing growth concerns, nutrient deficiencies, plant-based and Vegan diets in children
