Meet Rachael
Occupational Therapy
Rachael is a certified Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Australia (AHPRA) and a certified ESDM Therapist with the Mind Institute in California, USA.
Rachael is also a proud member of the Boob to Food team, and has contributed to best-seller’s Milk to Meals and Toddler to Table.
Over her career Rachael has acquired advanced knowledge and skills for working with neurodivergent kiddies, children with developmental delays, feeding difficulties, coordination difficulties and sensory processing challenges. Rachael loves working collaboratively with families and takes a play-based, child-led, evidence based approach to therapy.
After becoming a parent herself, Rachael founded Therapy Time Australia with a passion to cut through the noise with evidence-based therapy for everyday life.
Meet Lynsey
Dietitian / Feeding Therapy
Lynsey Bramley is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a master’s degree in Dietetics and over a decade of experience in paediatric and maternal health. With a career spanning private practice and clinical roles at Monash Children’s Hospital and Sydney Children’s Hospital, Lynsey brings both professional expertise and a personal understanding of family life as a devoted mother. She is also an experienced mentor and speaker, sharing her knowledge to support families and professionals alike.

Infant Feeding and Nutrition: Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, feeding aversions, and introduction of solids
Selective Eating and Feeding Disorders: Managing food refusal, texture progression delays, and Paediatric Feeding Disorders (PFD)
Food Allergies and Intolerances
Gastrointestinal Health: Reflux, constipation, coeliac disease, EoE, IBD, and low FODMAP diets for IBS
Neurodivergence: Supporting children with developmental delays, ADHD, ASD, and ARFID
Tube Feeding and Weaning: PEG, NG, NJ, PEJ feeding, including Blenderised Tube Feeding (BTF) regimens
Nutritional Support: Addressing growth concerns, nutrient deficiencies, plant-based and Vegan diets in children
Lynsey's philosophy is grounded in a whole-food approach to nutrition while celebrating the diversity of food and culture. She believes in fostering a nurturing family environment that promotes mindful eating practices, body positivity, and meaningful connection over compliance at mealtimes. Lynsey provides practical and achievable recommendations that align with the realities of family life, helping to cultivate a positive relationship with food that lasts a lifetime.
Meet Iesha
Speech Therapy
Iesha is a Brisbane-based with a Bachelor of Music (Voice) and a Master of Speech Pathology Studies. She has a wide range of experience working with clients aged 2 to 85 years old! Across this broad age range, Iesha has supported clients with expressive and receptive language, voice, speech, literacy, swallowing, stuttering, and social skills/pragmatics.
She has an extensive history within the disability sector and is committed to ensuring that all interventions are tailored to meet the client's and their family's goals.
Iesha finds great joy in her work as a Speech Therapist, continuously driven by her passion for helping people communicate and live life to their greatest potential.
